Bring a large saucepan of water to boil. Add pasta. Cook following packet instructions until tender, adding zucchini noodles in final 30 seconds of cooking. Reserve ¼ cup of the cooking water then drain.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Rub steak with oil. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 mins each side or until medium-rare. Transfer to a board and rest for 6 mins before slicing.
Add mushrooms to same, oiled pan. Cook for 5 mins or until beginning to brown. Add onion and cook for 5 mins, stirring. Add garlic and cook for a further 1 min. Add wine and stock. Simmer for 3-5 mins or until reduced slightly.
Add Dijon, peppercorns, reserved cooking water and cream, and simmer for 2-3 mins until slightly thickened. Stir through steak. Add fettuccine and zucchini mixture to sauce and toss until warmed through.
Serve pasta with mushroom sauce, parsley and parmesan.
